Capacity management

Capacity Management allows you to visualize and simulate the available capacities of your resources and/or those needed to complete your projects, over a 6-month to 2-year horizon. Any discrepancies can then be viewed and reconciled, month by month.

User files can be used to manage permissions, part-time work and notifications. Projects can be easily distinguished by the color of your choice, and specific fields can be added in addition to the terms client, business unit, or project manager.
